What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong foundation and inspiration I gained from watching my father work in the agriculture industry. From a young age, I admired his dedication, work ethic, and the meaningful impact he made in our community. While I initially explored a different path by attending culinary school, I ultimately felt called to return to agriculture and contribute to the work I had grown up around. Coming back to support my father’s work was one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. It allowed me to reconnect with my roots and discover a deep sense of purpose in doing what I truly love. Today, I’m proud to be part of the agriculture industry, combining my passion with the legacy of hard work and service that shaped my early life.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Helping others and being someone others can look up to are values that guide me in both my work and personal life. I strive to lead by example, offering support, encouragement, and integrity in everything I do. Whether I’m working with colleagues or supporting my family, I aim to be a steady, positive presence that others can rely on. Outside of work, my family is my greatest priority. I’ve been with my husband for 12 years, and together we’re raising two wonderful kids. We love spending time outdoors and make it a point to travel whenever we can, creating lasting memories and staying connected through shared experiences. These moments remind me of the importance of balance, gratitude, and living with purpose.
